TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tents / Campervans, On arrival please use consideration when picking your own grass pitch, we have taken the decision again to reduce the number of pitches per night to allow plenty of space between each pitch.  Please do not block access points.

Pitches are available from 3pm on the day or arrival, you must vacate the site by 10am on the day of departure, late check outs are available upon prior request. 

​

We have installed a noise curfew between the hours of 11pm & 8am, noise should be kept to a minimum during this period and not disturb others.  

​

Any instances where there are drugs or excess alcohol been consumed, we reserve the right to contact the local police, especially in instances where it is causing fear or alarm to those in their own party or with on the Estate.

We reserve the right to terminate the reservation if we receive more than 2 complaints during the night or in the morning.  No refunds will be issued.

All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, please do not allow your dog to roam the Estate unaccompanied, we are a working farm and have live stock in neighbouring fields.  Please pic up after your dog.  Whilst we are dog lovers ourselves, not everyone likes a visiting dog.  Please be advised all "Breed Specific Legislation" (BSL) dogs are not allowed, including XL Bully. If you arrive with any of these specified banned dogs your booking will be cancelled, and you will be asked to leave with no refund due.

Our Cancellation Policy

• Over 6 weeks notice prior to arrival date – 100% refunded

• 6-3 weeks notice prior to arrival date – 50% refunded

• 3 weeks or less prior to arrival date, no refund permitted

Any instances where we believe there are more people in the party than has been stated in the booking we will reserve the right to charge double the pitch fee or ask to you leave as of immediate effect, we do hourly checks throughout the day and night and reserve the right to request booking information for confirmation.
